Coaching with Tracey is the process of removing negative emotions and negative beliefs that are holding us back in our lives. She uses NLP, hypnotherapy, energy healing and counselling techniques combined to bring out the best in you.
During coaching, we identify strengths and clarify the big picture, often finding strengths you have forgotten or thought that you lost or didn’t trust anymore. We also find new strengths, even hidden gems that were unknown to you before the discovery process began.
Coaching is the process of determining what’s next in your life - setting goals, making a game plan, including lining out the steps to reach those goals. A big part of the coaching process is learning and practicing skills for self management, self care and self love. This includes managing and caring for one’s emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
